I haven't updated in awhile because I've been S-I-C-K! The last time I was almost this sick was when I had CMV (virus) in 2004 and was in the hospital for 5 days. I've been nauseous for a week straight now (NO...I am not pregnant) and have a double ear infection and the whole flu thing. It's the nausea that's doing me in though! UGH! I just want to feel better already!!!!!!!
I mustered up the strength to have Fiesta Night last week and let Jonathan & Emily help with the preparation and cooking. Jonathan is a VERY picky eater and will not try new things very often - We usually have to talk him into it and promise he can spit it out (We're talking NORMAL American food like hamburgers, fried shrimp, mashed potatoes, etc.). Well, he surprised us by biting right into that TACO and ended up eating 3/4 of it! He said "It's a little spicy, but not bad!" We all cheered and hooted & clapped!
